Melton Electrical & Structured Cabling is the leading electrical and structured cabling contractor in southeast Texas. The company is a second generation, family-owned business founded in 1969. Melton Electrical & Structured Cabling is a member of the National Electrical Contractors’ Association. The company has electrical, voice/data, and fiber optic capabilities including design, budgeting, estimating, installation, service, and maintenance.
In 2019, we put together this video commemorating our 50th Anniversary. It provides a synopsis of our history; from our founder Charles Melton’s humble beginnings working for Gulf Oil in 1969, to the growth experienced over the next three decades, to one of the most successful electrical and structured cabling companies in southeast Texas led by his son Mark Melton.
